The best way to get more information about your IRS tax debt is to call the IRS hotline at 1-800-829-1040.  IRS customer service agents should be available to assist you.  They can tell you how much you owe and for what years or quarters you owe for. 

If you have trouble getting through on the IRS hotline, are uncomfortable speaking with IRS agents, or just want someone else to collect and analyze the information for you, we can help.  If you would like us to gather your tax information for you, please follow the instructions below.  There is a $100 fee for this service, for which you will receive a complete analysis of your IRS transcript  - including information about when the statute of limitations will run out on the taxes you owe.  The transcript request fee can be deducted from the fees for any future services from Washington Tax Services.

1) Print and Fill out Form 8821 (Adobe Acrobat Required)

2) Fax it to (206) 282-8689 - be sure to include a cover page with your name, phone number and the best time to reach you.  Please address the cover page " Attn: Transcript Request"
